Shipment via courier
The courier shipments are made within 24 hours of receiving the confirmed order. The packages by courier are delivered with 1-4 days of shipment.
When the order is shipped via courier, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you order directly at our site via our state of the art tracking software, which will provide you with all the relevant details.
Shipment Via Normal Post
The order through "Normal Post" is usually delivered within 7-15 days of shipment.
Please note that the shipment under this mode is not insured and is without tracking facility. We would be able to provide you only a proof of dispatch by the Postal Department for these shipments. In case of non-delivery, we would refund the amount in case the goods are returned to us from the Postal Department.
There can be an instance when an order of large quantity is placed which might take some time to procure and this can present delays in the shipment of your order. In such a situations you will be informed of the nature of delay and expected timeframe for shipment of your order.
